What are some effective abdominal, chest, and arm workouts for home?
January 6th, 2009I'm really skinny and I can't gain weight through eating (or so it seems, I eat like a freaking horse and I don't gain weight) so I've taken it upon myself to build myself through gaining muscle mass.
On to my question...
I was wondering what would help me do this at home? Please include number of sets and reps if possible.

I would say start out doing 5 sets of about 15 or so.
Since most of your testosterone comes from your legs, you'll also want to work on them as well.
Lunges- 3 sets of 12
Another leg exercise you can do by lying down on your side and lifting each leg repeatedly for 15-20 times.
Looks fruity, but works.
Also, crunches are great of course.
